Positive Steps Mental Health Support

Positive Steps is a Bristol-based mental health self-help peer support group that has been running for over 10 years. We provide a safe social space for people with anxiety, depression and other mental health related issues.

Positive Steps is for adults over the age of 18.

We meet at Emersons Green Village Hall, Bristol every Friday between 1.30pm and 4pm and the space is for everyone to socialise and discuss their issues in a friendly, supportive atmosphere and in doing so, help each other.
